I’ve been through my own share of tough moments, from cancer and Addison’s disease to a life-changing accident and because of it all, I’ve learned that with the right support and mindset, it’s possible to rise above and move forward with confidence.
With over 25 years in the NGO sector and as a Master NLP Life Coach, I’ve seen how empowering it is to help people break through their barriers and live with intention. Linda Hammond, née Hofmeyr, is the founder of the By Grace Wellness Centre and a testament to the belief that “when nothing is certain, anything is possible.” Her extraordinary journey through severe illness, physical trauma, and emotional adversity has shaped her mission to bring hope and healing to others.
Linda’s path has been one of resilience and discovery. Confronting challenges such as Cancer, Addison’s Disease, Adrenal Shutdown, paralysis, and a near-death experience, she chose to pursue healing through natural, holistic practices. This tumultuous journey deepened her understanding of mindset, nutrition, integrative wellness, and energy healing. Today, she channels this wisdom into helping others overcome their own struggles and rediscover their inner strength.
Through her roles as a Life Mastery Coach, Holistic Wellness Guide, Intuitive Healer, and Medicine Woman, Linda walks alongside her clients, creating space for them to reimagine their lives, heal from within, and achieve fulfillment.
