In this fun, interactive 2 hour workshop we explore the basics of Essential Oils. We look at why certain oils may be more useful than others, the difference between synthetically produced and organically sourced oils is, how they are sourced and why that is important. We taste, test, touch and feel various oils, as well as learning about the unique physical and emotional benefits to using good quality organic oils, and how these might support our bodies (our physical well being) as well as our moods and emotions. We jump into to a quick “blending” exercise, and enjoy some treats created with these oils.
You will leave with a basic knowledge to be able to begin to engage with these oils yourself in your daily life.
